  • How much does a counseling session cost? How long are sessions?

    I charge $125/50 minute session.

  • What should I expect for my first counseling session?

    You have just taken a big step to schedule your first therapy session and you may be wondering what you can expect for your first session. When preparing for your first session you might feel excited, overwhelmed, or nervous and I want you to know that all of those feelings are completely okay. We will spend the first session getting to know each other and talking through what our time together will be like.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    At this time, I am recognized as an out-of-network provider. However, I can offer a Super Bill, which allows clients to submit a claim for reimbursement through a partnering insurance. I can help support you in this process.

  • Do you offer online counseling sessions?

    Yes! We can set up virtual counseling.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.

  • What payments do you accept?
